On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing exquisite meals, next to a dining area with a large wooden table for six people. The spacious living room, designed in an open-concept style, offers a perfect place for family and friends to gather, as well as to relax with favorite movies and TV series. The ground floor includes a guest room with a private bathroom. Additionally, the ground floor includes a separate WC.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and a breathtaking sea view. One room has a king-size bed (180x190 cm), while the other two rooms have double beds (160x190 cm). The second floor is home to the master bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200 cm), a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a spectacular sea view.
