Villa Moderno with sea view is located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the beach. Built in 2026, this modern villa offers 240 m² of living space and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 11. Thanks to its attractive location, panoramic sea views, and premium amenities, Villa Moderno is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a stay with friends near Trogir.

 

In the basement, guests will find a fully equipped fitness area designed for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Available equipment includes an exercise bike, treadmill, kettlebells, a Pilates ball, and an exercise mat. For two additional guests, there is a sofa bed measuring 160 x 180 cm. This floor also features a laundry room, storage room, and utility room.

 

The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright open-plan area combining the living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for preparing favourite meals, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and a Dolce Gusto capsule espresso machine. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. A separate guest toilet is also available on this floor.

 

The living area opens onto a covered terrace and a sun deck with a heated 24 m² swimming pool (8 x 3 m). The pool uses a hydrolysis system and features a built-in massage function for complete relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, while an outdoor barbecue is available for preparing Mediterranean specialties. Within the fully fenced property, guests have access to four private parking spaces.

 

The first floor features three elegantly furnished air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have their own ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds measuring 180 x 200 cm and offer stunning sea views that create a unique holiday atmosphere. The smaller bedroom also features a sofa bed measuring 130 x 180 cm for one additional guest.

 

The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, providing additional privacy and comfort. This spacious room also features a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a private bathroom, and sea views. Guests can access a large private terrace offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands.
