One is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern and elegant living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, is perfect for relaxing with your favorite movie or TV show. A wine cooler at the bar adds to the experience, while a bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available on this floor.

Step out onto the spacious terrace and be welcomed by a heated 30 m² pool, surrounded by sun loungers for complete relaxation on sunny days. An outdoor covered dining area invites you to enjoy al fresco meals, while a wood or charcoal barbecue is available for preparing delicious dishes under the starry sky.
