The villa spans two floors, and almost every room offers a stunning sea view, creating a relaxing ambiance ideal for a holiday.

On the first floor, there is a wellness area with a private Finnish sauna, next to which is a workout space equipped with a Pilates ball, rubber exercise mats, and dumbbells for light body stretching, connected to a modern bathroom. The second floor features two spacious and elegant bedrooms, each with a large double bed, air conditioning, TV, and a work desk. One of the rooms offers a spectacular sea view, while both share a modern bathroom. The spacious living room, decorated in bright and neutral tones, further enhances the sophistication of the interior. A sofa bed for two additional guests increases the villa's capacity to six. Large glass openings and stone walls blend modern design with Mediterranean charm.

The open-concept area connecting the elegant, fully equipped kitchen and the airy living room is a perfect place for socializing and relaxation. Guests can prepare delicious meals in the beautiful wooden kitchen, enjoy their favorite movies on Netflix, or unwind in the private Finnish sauna. Pilates equipment provides additional recreational opportunities, and a guest toilet on the ground floor ensures complete comfort.

The private 35 m² pool is perfect for refreshing swims and relaxation, while sun loungers and umbrellas provide a choice of sun or shade. Guests have access to private parking with four spaces and an electric vehicle charging station (16A), with the note that they need to bring their own charging cable.
